YEP. You're right Cheryl I'm not a programmer and was not trained in IT. I sure did come up old school and have always been open to learning new things. I agree 100% with Sam. The Qualia platform is too expensive and a headache to deal with. I understand it's nice for the Escrow side. It's probably easy for customers to understand. It is not user-friendly for the Title side. We acquired Qualia about 2½ years ago and have had a laundry list of issues ...
