Jeanine W. (Jeanne) Johnson has worked in the title insurance and real estate sales industries for over thirty years. Starting as a real estate agent and closer for a regional real estate company, she moved to the title industry where she progressed through each facet of the land title industry as title abstractor, title examiner and closer, eventually becoming Vice President of Old Republic National Title, Minneapolis, MN where she oversaw six county title plants and residential and commercial title insurance operations for the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. She has actively managed and trained hundreds of personnel in both public and private sectors She now wears two hats as a professional educator and licensed real estate agent.

Consultant Ms. Johnson consults on land title situations for both Public and Private Sectors.
She has helped construct and reconstruct both public and private records; create computerized title plants from paper and film title plants; trained title posters and examiners to comprehend the complexity and importance of the legal documents being posted; and has assisted in valuing title plants for sale of information. She is familiar with both Registered (Torrens) and non-registered recording systems.
Educator/ Instructor
Ms. Johnson teaches specific pre-license, continuing education and professional development courses for the public and private sectors. Her audiences include real estate agents, closing agents, abstractors, title insurers, county recorders, treasurers, auditors, assessors, surveyors, utility, cable and easement companies, Indian Tribes, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and various other public and private agencies.
