We see this in Nevada on a regular basis. As long as the Broker of record signs the Disbursement Authorization, we will do the commission split. NRS requires payment to the Broker, so we require the Broker to authorize and sign indicating we are splitting as an accommodation only to the Broker. Sylvia ...
