We don't really have transfer taxes or stamps in Indiana. Our local Auditor charges $30 for a transfer with consideration, and $10 for a transfer without consideration. Some of the other Auditor's charge $10 per parcel number being transferred. We have to send with our recording. The Auditor check must ...
