Hi Eliot,
We use Eversign which is rebranding to xodo sign by apryse for e-sign. The fee is very reasonable and we turned on the setting that requires the signature to be drawn. This setting has allowed us to have authorizations esigned and accepted for payoffs when the lien holder does not usually accept esigned authorizations. For the basic tier we get three templates. We have an authorization form and a 1099-S Certification setup as a template. The authorization is used multiple times a day. Everyone uses the same account. We put the sender's initials and our file number in the title field.
For File Storage we mostly use our cloud environment and title/settlement software. For my work files I use OneDrive as it is included with our email. OneDrive lets me work on files in the cloud environment and locally on my laptop.
We have two avenues for a CRM. Our Marketers use Marketing 360 but our production staff use our title/settlement software. Our marketers have access to our title/settlement software to locate transaction data and reports. The Marketing 360 is so the marketers can keep notes of drop ins, phone call, etc. Our title/settlement software have notes like who to include or not include on emails, or if they have a special request on orders.

Subject: What are you using for e-sign, fileshare/filestorage, and CRM?
Hi everyone,
We've had some questions from new clients just starting out, so I was curious about what the "cool kids" are using for e-sign, file storage, and CRM these days. Also, are you happy with the solution? I'd love to be able to point them in the right direction.
Thanks in advance and may you have a happy holiday season!
