These updates reflect the latest regulations and statutes from the most recent legislative session, and we have one for each state. I wanted to make sure you did not miss it, as we know how relevant these guides are for the industry.

A summary:
Kentucky – Added content on the Foreign Property Ownership bill and noted future legislative activity related to a Marketable Title Act.
