    Upselling! Do you train your staff to watch for opportunities to upsell? Sell an owners policy on a refi or an enhanced policy instead of standard? Why or why not? If you do, are there other scenarios you train your staff for, not mentioned here?

    How do you upsell title?

    I've had a lot of success selling owners policies on refinances where the current owner inherited the property from family. Often an estate attorney will file a deed but never talk to the new owner about title insurance.
