Mary, if you are willing to provide useful information without any expectation of selling services, I welcome that!  But I respectfully request that you remove the "elevator pitch" from your emails.  We can see your signature block and that is sufficient. :-)  Thanks for your understanding!

Good morning ALTA member:

I took a couple weeks away much needed vacation, and I am just now reading and catching up.

I appreciate all your comments and suggestions, the purpose of my postings is to inform on a topic that relates to Title and many members here have questions and in some instances prefer to turn clients away for lack of resources and knowledge about handling a FIRPTA transaction.

We offer free classes on the topic and we answer questions almost everyday for members of this organization, and we do it because we know there is lack of reliable sources out there.

Again, I appreciate your feedback and we are taking your comments into consideration.

Have a fantastic 2024, lets all be positive and strive to do better, to be kind and to be helpful that is our goal this year.
