Hello ALTA;
I just have to say "WOW", what a conference, what a venue, what an experience, I was so excited just to be there but then, so many of you stopped by to say "THANK YOU" to me for the information I post about FIRPTA, your words, your honesty and your appreciation mean so much to me.
Thank you to the Leadership Committee and volunteers that made it possible, thank you to my AMAZING Ambassador Terry Valles from MidFirst Bank, Title Industry Banking, thank you to all of you that hosted "meet ups", events and parties, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart, the Title Industry is so much more that just changing title name from one person to the other, I was amazed and frankly overwhelmed learning so much from all of you.
As always want to take this opportunity to let you know that you can give us a call if you have any FIRPTA related question, there is so much content regarding this topic that, I agree, is NOT a title matter but a TAX issue, that has to be dealt with and resolved by a tax professional specialized in FIRPTA.
