    MISMO has issued a Call for Participation to join our new Title Pricing API Development Workgroup.
    The Title Pricing API Specification will include guidance that will allow title providers and title vendors to use microservices during the pre- and post- closing phase to trade data and documents necessary to obtain pricing for title products, includes requests and responses for: 
    • Closing/Escrow Transaction Fees
    • Commitment Fees 
    • Endorsement Fees 
    • Title Policy Premium 
    • Closing Protection Letter Fees
    • Recording Fees and Taxes 
    If you are a MISMO Member, please join the Title Pricing API Community to stay up to date on our activities. 
     
    We are aiming to kick-off this group on Wednesday August 9th at 4pm ET. Membership is not required to attend a meeting.
