    If so, what are you using?
    What do you like and what would you change about the tool?

    No, but to your point this seems like a fantastic use case of what AI has become capable of.  I imagine an out of box thinker in the 3rd party reconciliation space will soon realize they could drive a lean mean business model by developing a tool/ AI Agent that could handle most of the process.

    Rynoh does a great job of automating reconciliations. We currently use Qualia's reconciliations and have kept Rynoh on our old accounts.

    We recently started using Rynoh Live and are very impressed.  It gives us a lot of feedback, includes much more than reconciliation, and is very user friendly.  We went from reconciling monthly to reconciling daily, recording accurate cleared item dates automatically, and flagging potential issues immediately.  Our biggest disappointment is that we waited so long to add this software to our toolbox!  https://rynoh.com/live/  Our underwriter suggested them to us and we are a very happy customer!

    On the recommendation of one of our title insurance underwriters, we started with Rynoh Live shortly after they first made an appearance.  What a game-changer!  I used to have to come in and spend 1/2 day on a weekend to complete a reconciliation on our escrow account.  Now, with daily reconciliation going on, I joke that actually opening the monthly bank statement (and checks or check copies in the old days)  and flattening the pages took longer than actually clicking through the reconciliation wizard in Rynoh.  We're huge fans!

    I've owned a reconciliation company, Positively Balanced, since 2000, and I can confidently say that using the right tool makes a significant difference. When I met Dick Reass, the creator of Rynoh, and he demonstrated the product to me, I was extremely impressed. It dramatically streamlined our work for clients, saving us a great deal of time. I immediately saw the potential for it to become the new standard in daily reconciliation-and in many ways, it already has.


    While the system does generate a useful morning report, it still requires human follow-up. That said, it has been incredibly valuable for our clients-not only in catching potential fraud early but also in keeping them audit-ready.


    I strongly encourage anyone who isn't currently performing daily reconciliations to start. With tools like Rynoh and others on the market, the process is more efficient than ever and offers real peace of mind.

    @Anthony Carollo, I assume the answer to your question is no, at least among those seeing the ALTA forums.  While recommendations are always a good thing to get, it looks like the intent of your question was lost amidst the responses.  I believe your question was not about existing reconciliations services, of which there are plenty industry standard offerings.

    I like you're thinking though, reconciling should be one of the spaces that AI could move into more readily than others.
