HTI Title Co., LLC is owned and operated by CEO Garry Ratliff Jr. Garry became a real estate investor and started the company Happy To Invest under the brand GRelations, LLC. His goal has always been to help grow the Real Estate industry not by only purchasing and selling homes but offering a valued service. In conversations with friends, family and other homeowners many of them remembered hearing of a home title but did not know what purpose Title Insurance served.
As a previous Title Agent for the RMV of Massachusetts, Garry had the knowledge and experience investigating title cases, and processing of title transfers for lenders, buyers and sellers. These skills would be transferrable to understanding the chain of title plus how to investigate and resolve any defects. As a residential, land and investment property owner, he also knew what the insurance protected against.
Garry then became a licensed NC Title Agent and member of ALTA. What was birthed next became known as HTI Title Co., LLC.
