Both Quadient (fka Neopost) and Pitney Bowes have gotten very expensive. I am stuck in a contract with Quadient until 2026.
If you want a physical meter still, I would recommend FP Mailing Solutions. When I talked to them, they were $60 a month for the meter vs. $100+ with Quadient.
If you want online, the options would be Stamps.com or PitneyBowes' PitneyShip.
You may also want to talk to your copier company - some of them are dealers for the meters. I also know that Troy Group (big MICR printer/ink maker) has partnered with Pitney and is offering postage meters now.
Hope that helps!

Subject: What Postage Service Do You Use?
I searched the communities and couldn't find this topic. We are looking to change service providers and I'd love to get your input. Pitney Bowes is of course, the most popular; however, they are also very expensive and their customer service (last time I used them) was lacking.
Who do you use and are you happy with the service?
Thanks in advance for sharing!
