    What Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) is everyone is using?

    We've looked into SalesForce and it is really expensive.

    If you have PowerApps through your Microsoft license and if this is something you have time to spend on, I think I can help you build it. I taught myself, so I'm positive that it's something you can do/learn quickly, if you're interested.

    bitrix24.com and hubspot.com both have a powerful no-fee version. While Hubspot is more user-friendly, Bitrix24 has a lot more features. Eventually, there's no one size fits all, find yours..  Have a blessed day!

    We use HubSpot and are very happy with it. We use it to track current customers, leads, deals, and pretty much everything we need.
