Lisa - this is a well-known detractor for the Title Industry. You are bringing up a broader topic, about ease/expense of integrations that I believe deserves more discussion and attention. This detractor holds back the industry on many fronts - cost, innovation, collaboration. Furthermore, it's not a good look either when trying to attract and retain talent when B2B tech grossly lags B2C tech. Yet, keep in mind, setting up integrations is no small feat, especially if you're working with dated, legacy software in this heavily regulated industry.
I run a US-based software company, API-enabled, designed for Abstracting/Search/Retrieval/Filing work, that has a CRM component (Client / Vendor database with Comms features). www.realdocs.us If you are doing marketing and outbound emails, I recommend a specialized provider. I've had great success with Hubspot, and also heard great things about LessAnnoyingCRM (USA-based). In the past, I've run a multi-billion dollar company's CRM (Salesforce) for years, and have expertise in this area.

Subject: Title production software
I would love to get some options of what people are using for title production software that has an open API, an AI integrated in the system and a full CRM suite? I am not sure why in 2025 there seems to be so little automation and technology in the title industry?
