I would love to get some options of what people are using for title production software that has an open API, an AI integrated in the system and a full CRM suite?  I am not sure why in 2025 there seems to be so little automation and technology in the title industry?

    Lisa,

We are a narrow niche CPA firm that serves Foreign Owners of US Property.  We were looking for CRM solution and down selected HubSpot about a year ago.  We spent quite a bit of money with a consultant but became frustrated with the never ending sales upgrades and costs.  We are now using Method CRM and using their customization service so far I am very impressed and we are about to launch our new tax season using Method.  We really like Method's interface with QBO and our tax software, one single source of truth for contact and client information is awesome.

I would be happy to share our experience it it would help.

We've used TSS, Ramquest, Softpro and Qualia. I agree with Tim; trying to make the software work for us, while repeatedly being told, "oh that's another version you need to purchase" or "you probably need to hire a consultant for that" is very frustrating. As of yet, we haven't been able to find one with a built in CRM. TitleTap does have a CRM product, though we haven't tried it yet.

Lisa -  this is a well-known detractor for the Title Industry.  You are bringing up a broader topic, about ease/expense of integrations that I believe deserves more discussion and attention.  This detractor holds back the industry on many fronts - cost, innovation, collaboration.  Furthermore, it's not a good look either when trying to attract and retain talent when B2B tech grossly lags B2C tech. Yet, keep in mind, setting up integrations is no small feat, especially if you're working with dated, legacy software in this heavily regulated industry.

I run a US-based software company, API-enabled, designed for Abstracting/Search/Retrieval/Filing work, that has a CRM component (Client / Vendor database with Comms features).  www.realdocs.us  If you are doing marketing and outbound emails, I recommend a specialized provider.  I've had great success with Hubspot, and also heard great things about LessAnnoyingCRM (USA-based).   In the past, I've run a multi-billion dollar company's CRM (Salesforce) for years, and have expertise in this area.

Feel free to reach out if you wish to chat. Happy Holidays!
