Title Processor / Closing Agent needed. 2+ years experience required.

Responsibilities of the Title Processor/Closer:

• Document and maintain title records

• Examine title documents and clear title requirements

• Abstract Review

• Review and clear title for closings.

• Collect and deposit escrows

• Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies

• Prepare Closing Disclosure Statements/HUDs, title affidavits and all required documents necessary for closing

• Perform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job duties

• Perform any general office functions, as needed.

• Effectively market title insurance needs to Realtors, Lenders, Builders, Buyers and Sellers.

Qualifications of the Title Processor/Closer:

• Previous experience conducting closings.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years working in a Title Company.

• Ability to review title abstract and knowledge on how to clear title requirements

• Ability to review and understand title instruments

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to understand and interpret real estate transactions

• Must maintain excellent communication skills with clients and real estate professionals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to initiate work without supervision

• Must be a Notary Public for Closer; Remote Online Notary is a plus.
