Cheryl - Thanks for mentioning E-Closing as an option and you're correct, we've given E-Closing quite an "over-haul" over the last few years and just recently launched our newest version named ClosingVue. It's a full title production software but if agents are looking for "settlement-only", our software can accommodate them too. Swing by our website to check it out and/or request a demo. Our pricing is transparent and budget friendly - it's right on the website so it's easy to figure out. Cheers!

It's been a while since I've looked at SoftPro's pricing model, but I know they used to sell the license for the title production portion of the system separately from their Escrow/Reconciliation portion. Might be worth asking if they still do that.
May ask why you want that? Is it price or simplicity? I would think you could just "not use" the portions of any software that you picked.
I am certainly a fan of both Qualia and SoftPro, but if you'd like to check out some of the smaller platforms, I'd also recommend GSGenie.com. eClosing has been given a major over-haul and is now branded as ClosingVue. That overhaul is awesome and well worth a look. They probably have some of the best pricing around too. SnapClose is another one. Genres and Associates is a reseller of SnapClose and provide consulting services which is a nice bonus. I have contacts at all three and would be happy to put you in touch with someone if you'd like. Feel free to PM me if you'd like any introductions.

Are there title insurance companies out there that only write title insurance, no settlements that have a software recommendation? Thanks!
