Treasury Secretary Yellen has enabled the FDIC to complete its resolution of Silicon Valley Bank in CA while protecting all depositors. Depositors will have access to their funds as of today, March 13. A similar systemic risk exception has been created for Signature Bank in NY. Depositors of this institution will be made whole.
