Great comment, Mary -- I'd rather work with someone who is open and teachable. Willing to admit mistakes, etc.
Humility beats arrogance any day. :)

Oh, I love this, it gives us all an opportunity to stop and re-think, to me HUMBLENESS is probably the most important trait of a person, no matter how smart, proficient, achieved or even powerful a person might be, humbleness is very difficult to master and arrogance is always the louder voice.
Thank you for this Janis, I am intrigued by everybody's opinion. 😊

Subject: Professionalism
What is professionalism? For some, the word conjures images of business suits and briefcases. To others, it reflects proficiency in a particular field. Both are correct, but not exhaustive. A professional will be:
Teachable
Be open to new techniques and ideas in an ever-changing environment.
Polished
Present a confident and composed image, which reflects positively on the firm and contributes to a calm and productive workplace.
Team Player
Show willingness to work with others to achieve goals without demanding credit.
Goal-Oriented
Understand the firm's mission and commit to maintaining one's part in it.
Productive
Use time management skills to best benefit the firm. Avoid wasting time.
More characteristics of a professional to follow. Please see more information at RealEstateClosingPath.org
Which of these traits do you think is most difficult to master?
