We utilize the services of ReQuire for verification of mortgage/judgment releases. This service provider is now linked in via our closing platform, Qualia. Previously we sent requests in directly. We have been utilizing their services for years and are happy with the follow up. As you know, it can take lenders much longer than 30 days to satisfy/release.
