My name is Roni. I am a title agent in Harrisburg. When I got my license, I went through Pennsylvania Land Title Association -
Pennsylvania Land Title Association (plta.org). This is a course that is self driven. If you go to the PLTI Learning tab, there is a section on becoming a title agent. You can purchase this course with credits and will start out with 9 upon completion of the course and passing your proctored test. You need to have 24 credits every two years and these 9 will apply to those required CE's. You can continue to take approved courses, which are tracked by submitting the course completion form for each CE class you take. Hope this helps.

I was actually wondering if anyone could help me, I am trying to figure out how to get my PA Title Agent License I was going to go ahead and buy that "New title agent package" that includes it all but I see certain hourly requirements how are these tacked ? Do they consider them completed upon purchase of the classes ?
Also, my husband is also a title agent with 3+ years' experience. He can use CCE ResWare Simplifile he is advanced in document auditing as well.
