    Job Description 
     

    We are a B2B Title search company and cater to clients from Title Insurance, Law Firms, Banks, Property developers & realtors, financial institutions, and the government sector. The business development executive promotes and markets title services and solutions to smaller, medium, and large businesses across the nation.  
     

    Job Responsibilities 

    • We are searching for a Business Development executive of sales who will be in charge of every stage of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, and who will subsequently build a team that can replicate your success financially and sustainably. 

    • Utilizes consultative sales techniques to initiate new business sales 

    • Promotes NeuSkale services and solutions through a variety of inside sales and marketing efforts aimed at ensuring client success and increasing NeuSkale revenue and market share. 

    • Individual contributor working with direct oversight 

    • You are ambitious and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in our firm. 

    • Identify and convert prospects into new customers 

    • Excellent interpersonal abilities and relationship-building skills 

    • Excellent leadership abilities 

    Requirements 

    • Proven outside sales experience and territory management  

    • Strong consultative sales skills 

    • Comfortable and experienced in public speaking and presenting  

    • Strong ability to engage clients and prospects 

    • Sales activity driven by prospecting and networking via phone, referral, social media, email, and calls using a multi-touch process  

    • Competitively driven to achieve goals  

    • Previous experience in self-generating customer leads through cold calling, appointment setting, and meeting 

    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, both internally and in relation to competitors in the market. 

    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. 

    • Technically competent in order to work with a variety of CRM and management systems 

    Experience 

    • Typically requires 3-7 years of related work experience
