Full Time Closing Agent - We are hiring a full-time title insurance Closing Agent.
Job duties include:
- Coordinating with buyers/sellers/lenders/agents to schedule and close our real estate transactions
- Reviewing all the contracts related to the transactions for accuracy, and flagging and correcting any issue, including all financial information related to the transaction, such as tax and fee amounts, agent commissions and seller payment
- Compiles all closing documents for the transaction and arranges and oversees the signing of those documents, and collects the money required for the transaction, such as the escrow deposit, down payment or required fees
- Answering phones and assisting walk-in clients.
Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, computer proficient, a proactive self-starter, and well organized. Familiarity with Qualia software a big plus.
All applicants must be able to pass a background check, be able to get their Indiana Title Insurance License if not already licensed, and be able to become a Notary.
Rush Title Services offers a competitive salary ($20/hr is the floor for this position, there is no ceiling) plus bonus and commission, paid time off, health, dental & vision insurance, group term life, short & long term disability, flexible spending account, and a 401k with company match.
