I like this idea. How does the AI deal with situations where someone asks the "wrong" question that still has a valid answer? For example, someone who isn't as familiar with bankruptcy and is trying to clear a mortgage from title might ask "How do I prove that a mortgage has been discharged in bankruptcy?" The question is valid and has a clear answer that the AI can give. The problem is that proving that a mortgage was discharged in bankruptcy does not mean that the mortgage has been removed as a lien from the property.<o:p></o:p>
