- Claims Attorney- You will have a unique blend of public service and professional challenge, where your work directly supports the integrity and efficiency of Iowa's title system. s our Claims Attorney, you'll provide legal counsel on title claims involving all aspects of real estate and insurance law, including challenges to title, transaction disputes, foreclosure matters, and contract actions to determine liability.
- Commercial Production Specialist - If you are a detail-oriented paralegal professional with a passion for real estate, you are invited to bring your talents to our mission-driven team as our Commercial Production Specialist. In this position, you'll support ITG's production of commercial title guaranties by providing superior service to our participants- such as attorneys, closers, and abstractors- preparing commitments and certificates, while ensuring product quality through first-tier compliance reviews.
