My name is Jared Wyatt and I am Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group out of Franklin, Tennessee.  I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, and a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University-Chase College of Law.  I am currently licensed in Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia and Underwrite a plethora of transactions in all three states.

Good morning: My name is Cindy Landreth, and I am the Chief Title Officer, Commercial Title Manager and Compliance Officer for Fidelity Title Agency of Alaska.  I have been in the title industry since 1976 and have worked in the title industry in Alaska, Kansas and Missouri. I love working with commercial real estate and helping to resolve title issues and helping people simplify the process. I am the President elect for Alaska Land Title Association (ALTA) and would like to get more involved with on a national level.

Hi everyone - My name is Dee Harrison, and I am the Owner and Escrow Officer at Alpha Reliable Title, Inc., in Orlando and South Florida.  I have been in the Title Industry for over 34 years.  After the 2008 recession, with almost no business, I went and obtained my paralegal degree.  I received the ALTA award in 2020 in the category "We Deliver'.  I am always excited to interact with people who are passionate about what we do.  I had a lady last week that told me she is tired of working so hard so she may need to open a Title Company because i don't seem like i work hard.  I spend a lot of time educating Realtors on what we expect from them in order to have a smooth and professional closing, which makes them look good as well.
