    I have not seen this. I am leary of referral networks that pop up because it is hard to determine what type of vetting is done of the "guys and gals" that you are being connected to.

    Nancy,

    These are similar to reverse mortgage programs. Ultimately it depends on the individuals situation whether it makes sense or not. Is this a way to find some fast cash or is this a plan to live out retirement with a bit more comfort staying in the same home? I am glad to do a quick call and talk about the specifics of your client's situation.
