Hi Heather,
Are you wanting just health insurance only? Or payroll, benefits, workers comp, tax filings, unemployment, etc.?
We found it was more cost-effective to work with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that handles the ladder so that our employees are part of a larger group plan. In short, the works (payroll, benefits, tax, etc.) was cheaper (for both us and the employees) than going with a benefits-only provider. Your mileage may vary.
