We are looking for 2 real estate escrow focused individuals to join our team. A few qualifications include:
Knowledge of the escrow closing function for real estate transactions, including understanding 3-way reconciliation reports
Understanding the closing function, including title commitments, title policy information and funding/disbursements
Self motivated to work remotely, onsite and assist as part of a team on large national agent audits
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, PDF Xchange Editor (a plus), comfortable working in a paperless environment and willingness to work in/learn a cloud-based audit workpaper platform
Primary underwriters for FNF family include Chicago Title, Commonwealth Title and Fidelity National Title. Robust benefits package offered including travel reimbursement, health insurance and employee stock purchase plan.
