If you need CE, we can do it in Texas with one of the Underwriters we work with.
Outside of Texas, we have to check with the Underwriters to see if they are licensed in the State the Title Company is in.
Although the content and material doesn't change by State, we are not set up for CE in every State. So, if your Title Company wants CE, that needs to be coordinated with at least a month of lead time or more depending on the State.
