  • 1.  FinCEN Resources for non-title reporters

    Posted 7 days ago

Our underwriter, National Investors Title (part of the Investors Title Group) recently posted a webinar aimed at realtors to learn what FinCEN is and how to talk about it with clients when they're listing properties. Since I know a lot of ALTA members aren't necessarily title company personnel, but might have to become reporters to FinCEN, I thought it might be helpful to some of you to watch the video. If anyone else has any resources provided by your underwriters for non-title people, I'll bet a lot of members here would be appreciative.

I have permission from both of the presenters to post the link here.

    Robert,

You're not the first to let me know. I didn't realize that link was an expiring link, so I'm posting the main website page where you can access the video. You have to wait a couple of seconds for the video to show up about halfway down the page but then you can click "View" to watch.
