I'm trying to gather a consensus on when everyone will be reporting when you have residential real estate, being purchased by an entity required to report and it involves a purchase on contract.
- Will you be gathering the FinCEN information and reporting when the contract is recorded; or
- Will you be waiting until the contract is fulfilled/Deed in Fulfillment is recorded (years down the road) when title is actually conveyed to the purchaser?
