I have been looking over DataTrace's website and I see somethings that might be useful. Before I contact a sales rep and get stuck on a list I cannot get off of I thought I would ask our community if you are using it, looked into it, etc. We are a multi state office but primarily handle Ohio transaction. We do both refis and purchases. Any experience and information you want to share will be appreciated. Thank you.

Jeramey,

You didn't state what it was you found potentially useful on DataTrace's site, but if it is Recordings, they are not a solution. I don't say that to disparage them. I'm not commenting on the quality of their searches. But the fact is we've had many new clients come to us over the years disappointed by DataTrace's recording service. Evidently, they got too big.
