What's your favorite CRM for sales contacts? Specifically interested in access for all agents so they don't step on each other's toes.

    Thanks!

I would recommend checking out HubSpot (HubSpot | Inbound Marketing, Sales, and Service Software

). I have used other CRMs in the past like Salesforce and some proprietary systems and this is by far the best in my opinion. Very easy to navigate and customize.

Kristen, the answer to that question is always "what are you going to do with it". To Austin's point, HubSpot is a good if not great system (although it has been about 5 years since i have taken a deep dive into it). Make sure you differentiate HubSpot Marketing Hub from HubSpot Sales Hub, one is marketing automation and the other sales engagement. It sounds as if you have a team that needs to manage contacts , have transparency within pipeline, opportunity analysis and maybe some email marketing? There are a lot of good small players out there. Though I would walk backwards from what you want it to do. It is pretty easy to go from $50/mo to $20K/yr with features. I would look at the website G2.com. It is an online software review site. Whenever I am looking to implement a new system, I always start there, search for whatever type of software I am looking for and then read through user reviews to gain the valuable real-world pros and cons you won't get in a demo. Good luck with the search. Fell free to reach out, I am happy to share whatever info i can with you. All the best, Chris.

    Christopher,

Are you currently using HubSpot for Sales at AmTrust? And do you integrate with Qualia data? If so, are you open to a quick phone chat?

Erin we are not. We are currently onboarding Salesforce to manage sales ops and marketing communications. I am not a big fan of Salesforce, though it is the system of record for the Financial Service company, so it is what. However all of the systems work, and any CRM is 100x better than no CRM. I am happy to share whatever experience I have with you. 216.315.0330. -Chris

I'm familiar with SalesForce and reached out to them recently.  It is a robust program with tons of options, but a very basic CRM system that integrates with your gmail or outlook email (very important to track account and outreach activity) runs an individual around $100 a month.  A slightly more robust Enterprise edition option is $150/mo per user.

You can track your account AND broker/banker client notes, objective tasks and reminders (outlook is terrible at reminding me of any set tasks, even when I set an alarm.  They just never show up!), emails are logged and linked, and most every account "touch" is centralized.  Accounts "belong" to a rep, instead of account reps stepping on each other.  And a good policy is that if a rep has not logged activity (recorded a call log, or sent an email) it  becomes very obvious to management that they are not staying with the client and perhaps it should be an account open to account rep changeover.

I just learned about Less Annoying CRM and am trying it.  Get 60 days free then $15/month.  I'm just now onboarding but it looks so easy to use.  It was recommended to me by a business coach who uses it.  Good luck!!

Erin, we also use Qualia so I would love to hear about how you implement a CRM. Do you also track client notes through the Qualia system? We have been trying out a few different CRM's and would love to chat with you about your implementation thoughts.
