Thank you so much for your kind words, I like to inform about this very confusing and challenging TAX matter that is FIRPTA since there has been an exponential growth in foreign investment in real estate in the U.S., many Title Agents have so many questions and resources are very limited.

I would hope that the site does not become solely a place for advertising. Having said that, I do think that if the vendor has helpful information for an industry problem then I say share the information. I for one am thankful for the FIRPTA information that Mary Enzi has shared on this forum. What she provides is informative and very helpful. FIRPTA may not be a big issue in your market but for those who do deal with it on a daily basis her expert advice is always welcome. The forum is here for us to ask for advice, opinion, assistance and to share helpful and informative information. If a vendor is sharing information that is helpful to the community and not just an advertisement then share away.
