    ALTA issued a statement yesterday commending FinCEN's postponement of the Residential Real Estate Transfer Rule.
    "FinCEN's decision to postpone its reporting requirements shows recognition of the valid concerns raised by ALTA members and Congress about implementation," said ALTA CEO Chris Morton.
