Looking for a Regional manager to oversee our Des Moines Office,
Experience
-Candidate should have minimum of 5 years' experience in the real estate legal profession and experience in the abstracting/title industry. Experience should include searching public records and familiarity with real estate transactions. If the candidate is a non-attorney, the candidate should have experience as a manager or high level abstractor at an abstracting or title company.
Education
-College degree
-Law degree (unless a non-attorney candidate from the abstracting industry)
-5 years + experience
Areas of Responsibility
-Personnel Management:
- Run the day to day operation of searching court house records in all 99 counties of Iowa. Including managing and supervising 25 employees consisting of title searchers, abstract typists, and abstract proofers along with administrative personnel. For details
