Good morning Dorothy, as a fellow Qualia user, I have found that training with them has been tough at start, but I now have an assigned specialist. We have a standing one hour call every week and she will work with anyone in our company one on one. I am not sure where the threshold is of this person being assigned, but I can say it was done during a flurry of upgrades we made to our yearly contract and adding Connect. We also utilize their reconciliation services. I am sure that a call to your rep will help advise as I have had great success working with Qualia.
