    Our Garden City, New York firm has an opening for a litigator, experienced in real estate transactions, to handle cases for Insureds of Title Insurance Companies, with respect to defending and/or establishing the fee and mortgage interests insured. The work contemplated will involve all aspects of litigation from pleadings through trial, in State and Federal Courts in the New York Metropolitan area, and beyond.  A great opportunity to work and grow with highly experienced, respected, and talented attorneys in the title insurance field.
